Shipping Policy for Perfume Factory.

Welcome to Perfume Factory! We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our valued customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:


Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all states within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) as well as Overseas locations.


Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address. 

Shipment Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 business days.
    • East Malaysia: 5-7 business days.
    • International : 7-14 business days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the delivery status on the courier's website.


Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is undelivered, delayed, or lost, please contact us at enquiry@aromalife.com.my within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.


Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.]

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
